World Trade Press has recently published a comprehensive article on Finnish advertising and marketing law in its AtoZ World Business chapter. The article was written by MK-Law’s Jan Långstedt and Caspar Friberg and it contains an account of key regulations and rules that advertisers must take into consideration when advertising products and services on the Finnish market.
