We are acting as legal advisors to Raaseporin Energia in a corporate transaction where Raaseporin Energia’s electricity customers will transfer to Helen. The arrangement involves approximately 10,000 electricity sales agreements.
The transaction strengthens Helen’s position in the Finnish energy market and supports the company’s goal of becoming the leading player in the electricity retail market. Raaseporin Energia will focus on its core business areas, including electricity networks, district heating, street lighting, electrical installations, and electricity production.
The completiong of the arrangement is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
