Karoliina specializes in labor law, contract law, and dispute resolution, with extensive experience representing clients in litigation and mediation across a wide range of commercial disputes, construction projects, real estate and housing transactions, and employment matters. She has completed the Bar Association’s mediation training and is listed in its official mediator register.

In addition to her expertise in litigation, Karoliina offers comprehensive advice on labor law, covering areas such as employment termination, cooperation procedures, occupational safety, and workplace discrimination.

Karoliina also provides support to clients in contract matters, particularly in matters related to construction and real estate.
