Jan has worked as a trusted legal adviser since 2007 and joined MK-Law in 2011. He advises the firm’s clients in cross-border contract and corporate matters and dispute resolution. Jan further supports the firm’s clients in public procurement as well as consumer and marketing law. He speaks at seminars and conferences on the topics of his expertise.
Marcus is the founder of MK-Law. He advises clients in corporate law, especially in mergers and acquisitions, contract law and intellectual property rights. He also handles dispute resolution.
Niklas specialises in dispute resolution and conflict management. He regularly represents Finnish and foreign clients in varying litigation and arbitration matters. In addition, Niklas advises clients in contract and corporate law as well as in matters relating to financial difficulties such as restructurings, bankruptcies and recovery of assets.
Anna has more than 10 years’ experience within M&A, corporate, company and employment law. She advises a broad range of corporate clients on matters in connection to all phases of their existence, from registration to exit or liquidation. She is experienced in both conflict avoidance and solution. In addition, she gives lectures and has held courses within her fields of expertise as well as competition law.
Karoliina specializes in employment and company law and dispute resolution. Karoliina advices our clients on all aspects of employment law. In addition, Karoliina assists our foreign and domestic clients in matters related to corporate, contract, construction and real estate law.
Pavel advises the firm’s clients in matters related to Russian corporate and employment law as well as dispute resolution representing clients in Russian state courts and with the tax authorities. He further assists our clients in different types of IPR matters on an international and national level. Prior to joining MK-Law Pavel worked as in-house counsel in Russian companies and held legal positions in the public sector.
Marika assists the lawyers of our firm in various investigations and drafting legal documents and pleadings. Marika holds a Master’s degree in Law from Uppsala University, so she is also familiar with the Swedish legal system.
